How SkilledWatt works for providers
- How do I claim or list my training centre?
- Most accredited centres in the UK are already listed in our seed dataset. Email hello@skilledwatt.com with your training centre name and we'll send a portal magic link so you can claim it. New providers can list a centre via the same email and we'll verify your accreditation before going live.
- What does pay-per-lead cost?
- Every qualified lead is charged from your wallet balance. The rate scales with course price — typical UK lead is £5-£15. Free-tier providers get notification of leads but cannot reply until upgrading. Founding members and above receive leads as standard.
- What counts as a 'qualified lead'?
- A web enquiry or tracked phone call where the candidate has provided contact details and an inferred intent to enquire about a course (call duration > 60 seconds, or a complete enquiry form submission). Bot-flagged or empty submissions are filtered before charging.
- What happens if a lead turns out to be invalid?
- You have 14 days from when a lead is received to mark it as disputed in your portal. We review the dispute, and if upheld, the wallet charge is reversed in full. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, from your portal. There are no exit fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Founding-member rate is locked for 12 months from sign-up regardless of when you cancel.

- The United Kingdom is short of tens of thousands of installers against the 2030 net-zero targets. Training providers exist with capacity to teach — learners just can't easily find them. SkilledWatt fixes the discovery problem so the workforce supply chain catches up.
